The word yoga means unity or oneness. Yoga aims at bringing the different bodily function into perfect co-ordination.
 
Yoga is neither an exercise nor a therapeutic science. It’s a way of life through which body, mind and spirit can be purified and strengthened. It’s a systematic process for the all round personality development at the physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and spiritual level.
 
Without health there is no meaning in life. Make life success total health is most important. Yoga providing tools to attain this total health through Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation.
 
One may think that yoga denies a reality of material existence. But it never leads us away from worldly life. It does not ignore the very great effect that the physical world has upon it.
Our modern world is full of chaos and confusion. Yoga is the only panacea for the stress strain and frustration of the human society.
 
Easterners as well as westerners from the time immemorial began to think many ways to get eternal happiness and yoga is the means to that end.
 
ASANA
Asanas   are specific body postures or position, which open the energy channel and psychic centers. By constant practice in Asanas our body temperature can be equalised.
     
 
     
 
     
PRANAYAMA
It’s the yogic controlling of breathing. It does not consider as mere breathing exercise but aimed at introducing extra oxygen into the lungs. Pranayama is stopping of inhalation and exhalation.  
 
MEDITATION
Keeping the mind aloof from all activities is meditation .In other way, it’s a mild flow of mind without carrying anything in it. It’s best for increasing power of concentration. Through meditation one can attain internal tranquility and enlightment.
