| ASANA |
| Asanas are specific body postures or position, which open the energy channel and psychic centers. By constant practice in Asanas our body temperature can be equalised. |

| PRANAYAMA |
| It’s the yogic controlling of breathing. It does not consider as mere breathing exercise but aimed at introducing extra oxygen into the lungs. Pranayama is stopping of inhalation and exhalation. |

| MEDITATION |
| Keeping the mind aloof from all activities is meditation .In other way, it’s a mild flow of mind without carrying anything in it. It’s best for increasing power of concentration. Through meditation one can attain internal tranquility and enlightment. |
